Seven Spiritual Advantage Power Tools

SEVEN SPIRITUAL ADVANTAGE POWER WEAPONS

By Dr. Jo Ann Atkins

Three gratitude statements that begin with “I AM GRATEFUL FOR”

Three double portion actions always active, these are positive and therapeutic activities that automatically include another (i.e. take a walk and drink more water, read the WORD-memorize what you have read, kiss and hug your kids or significant other)

Three deep cleansing breathes three times a day

Three times each week, contact that person God places in your heart (regardless of past circumstances…God works in mysterious ways!) or someone in your positive network whom you become distant.

Think of three positive happy memory moments daily, three pencil smiles three times a day (smiling creates positive neurons to fire in your brain, thus sending positive energy throughout your body and spirit)

Three new sisterhoods/brotherhoods

Three prayers/meditations/affirmations daily, reading the WORD can count as meditation

To add power and cleanse your body, mind and spirit, wean yourself off processed foods.  Anything in a box, check the label for sugar, if its double-digits, choose again.  No sweet drinks, only sugar source eventually is all natural.  If you love sweets and find it difficult to walk away from desserts, try to execute control by having smaller portions each indulgence. The less you eat it, the less you will desire it.  Eating sugar is linked to dementia, diabetes, cancer just to mention a few life changing illnesses…it’s poison!
